First the pattern is put on poster board for easier tracing. Then, I trace them onto the wood...
Then I cut them out with my  jigsaw...
the piece is sanded and then base coated with exterior flat white house paint, paying particular attention to the nooks and crannies...
The Details are painted and it is sealed with an exterior clear coat and the backs are painted with exterior house paint.
